PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the Sale of Goods

This document is an official public offer (“Offer”) by Sole Proprietorship Halyna Davydіuk (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to enter into a distance sales agreement with any individual or legal entity who accepts this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) under the terms set out below.

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. This Offer constitutes a binding agreement in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
1.2. Placing an order on the website https://attirefashionstore.com means full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the goods selected on the website to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept these goods.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
3.1. Prices are listed in the currency shown on the website at the time of ordering and include all applicable taxes.
3.2. Payment methods include bank card, bank transfer, or other available options specified on the website.
3.3. An order is considered confirmed once payment (or partial prepayment, if agreed) has been received.

4. DELIVERY AND RETURNS
4.1. Domestic delivery within Ukraine is carried out via Nova Poshta or as otherwise agreed. International shipping terms are determined individually.
4.2. Delivery time depends on product availability, the destination, and the chosen carrier.
4.3. Returns are accepted within 14 days in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” provided that the product retains its original condition, packaging, and labels. Custom-made items are non-returnable.
4.4. Delivery costs for returns are non-refundable.

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The Seller shall:

Provide accurate product information.

Deliver goods that match the description, photos, and quality stated on the website.

Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch.

The Buyer shall:

Provide accurate contact details.

Pay for the order on time.

Familiarize themselves with this Offer before placing an order.

6. LIABILITY
6.1. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping services or third parties.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for incorrect addresses or contact details provided by the Buyer.

7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” for the purpose of order processing and fulfillment.

8. OTHER TERMS
8.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice.
8.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations, or, if not possible, in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
